On the seniors job shadow day during testing I took it upon myself to job shadow the HC Tech office at the middle school. Jason and Drew’s replacement Josh showed me their daily jobs being in technological services which included things like Chromebook repair, helping teachers having tech problems, and just making sure servers are running fine. While I was there though Jason showed me some hardware repair on the Chromebooks, he made me untangle cords, and had me enroll some Chromebooks. Spending the day with them though made me realize just how busy they are over there and that the IT kids for sure need to learn to relay information correctly and efficiently. All in all it was a pretty interesting day.
